Village Services
Building Permits
The village requires that permits be pulled for certain home and business improvements to ensure that all work is inspected and complies with current building code regulations.

Business Tax Receipts
The village collects a business tax issuing a license verifying that the business is in compliance with village codes that are intended to protect residents and visitors doing business with these establishments.

Code Enforcement
The village strives to keep Palm Springs “A Great Place to Call Home” and make sure properties within the village are maintained in accordance with the Village Code of Ordinances.

Council Meeting Agendas
The regular council meetings are scheduled the second and fourth Thursday of each month. Agendas for the upcoming meeting are available online. Agendas and minutes for previous meetings are also available for viewing online.

Garbage & Recycling
The Village contracts with Republic Services to provide garbage, recycling, and trash pick-up for residential properties located within the village. View the collection schedule.

Leisure Services
The Village offers a large variety of activities for all ages and numerous parks to enjoy and facilities to rent.

Library
Our library has a large collection of books, ebooks, and videos available for check-out as well as research materials and public access computers. They also offer activities for children, teens, and adults.

Rental Licenses
All residential property that is occupied by a tenant is required to have a rental license.

Water & Sewer Utilities
The village has two water treatment plants delivering award-winning water to our residents, businesses, and surrounding unincorporated community. The village also maintains sewer collection and transmission facilities sending wastewater to the East Central Regional Treatment Facility through two connections - one to Palm Beach County and the other to the City of Lake Worth.
