Property Improvement Grant Program
The Property Improvement Program is intended to promote reinvestment in the community by providing up to $5,000 in matching grant funds (provided on a reimbursement basis) for property owners to improve the exterior of their residential or commercial property.

Upcoming Deadline for Property Improvement (Matching) Grant Program
As an incentive to encourage residents and business owners to renovate their property, the Village of Palm Springs is again offering financial assistance, on a reimbursement basis, for construction projects that 1) require a building permit, 2) cost at least $500, and 3) enhance the visual appeal and value of the residence/business.  Specific program details and the application form can be found on the Village website, or call the Land Development Department at 561-965-4016 for more information.

The deadline to file complete applications for this grant is Friday, May 5th.

Re-Roofs are now eligible improvement projects.
