Ordinance No. 2018-15 - Village code amendment - chapter 34 - supplemental regulations for vehicle-oriented uses (1st reading) An ordinance of the village of palm springs, Florida, amending the village code of ordinances at chapter 34, "land development", article vi "land use", division 7 "supplemental district regulations, subdivision xv "convenience (food and beverage) stores, full service fuel stations, and gas stations with and without convenience store", to modify the regulations governing the location and use of car washes and gas stations; providing for codification; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability, and providing for an effective date.
