Tax Refund Fraud
If you think you have been a victim of tax refund fraud, please contact the Internal Revenue Service. For all other reports of identity theft, contact your local law enforcement agency.

Eviction Notices
Do you need to have someone evicted? To have a tenant legally removed from property, an eviction notice must be filed with the Palm Beach County Court Civil Division. A filing fee is required for this procedure. Florida Statute, Chapter 83, outlines the procedure and forms needed to file.
