This was given to us at the Palm Beach School District Volunteer and Business Awards Breakfast at the Kravis Center. We won the award based on our partnership with Kirk Lane Elementary and Palm Springs Elementary Schools regarding the P.A.L reading/mentoring program that benefits struggling first graders and provides a positive effect on the academic achievement of these students.

Community Policing Officers Frank Castro and Doug Rua accepted the award on behalf of the police department. Officers Castro and Rua have been instrumental in the success of the program.
