New Citizen Self Service Sign-in
Village Utilities Customers:
The Village will be enabling a new sign-in method for Citizen Self Service, the online portal for paying Utility Bills.
Customers with existing accounts will login with their email addresses, however it will require the password to be updated.
The password can be updated by navigating to the sign-in page for Citizen Self Service using the link at the "Pay Bill Online" link to the left once you have accessed the page, select the 'Forgot password?' link on the bottom of the webpage.
New customers may register with their email address using the 'Sign up' link on the bottom of the webpage, or one of the options on the top if the customer would like to link with an existing Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook account to access the bill payment portal.
The new sign-in process will look different than the previous experience.
