The Village of Palm Springs is currently facing a system wide issue for our Vacuum Sewer Station # 2. The issues resulting from the system complications are localized to those customers connected to our Vacuum Sewer Station # 2 only, please see the attached map to see if you are in the service area of this Vacuum Station. Some customers may experience sewer issues.
The Village of Palm Springs Utilities Department is working diligently to resolve the issue. Due to the nature of vacuum sewer systems the Utilities Department is asking for your patience as we diagnosis and triage the system to improve the functionality and maintain service.
To see if you may be part of the affected area, select the Village of Palm Springs Vacuum Sewer Station No. 2 Service Map. If you do not see a red line along your street, then you are not part of the affected area.
