Average plan review time is ten days. The time maybe less for small applications.

3. What if my sidewalk has been damaged?

Any work done on an owner's property that causes the sidewalk to be broken or damaged is the owners' responsibility to replace or repair the sidewalk and obtain the correct permits and inspections.

4. Are canopies allowed on property in the Village of Palm Springs?

Canopies are not allowed in the Village of Palm Springs unless they have engineering that complies with Florida Building Code Chapter 16. The requirements are that the canopy can withstand 140 m.p.h. 3 second gust winds. The gusts must have been calculated by an engineer.
